WHAT TO EXPECT.......

ACTIVITIES
'Try' walking sports, seated and standing workouts as well as golf, boxing, rowing, Nordic walking, Pilates, singing, dancing and much more.

SUPPORT
The event aims to combat isolation, provide support and inspire visitors to try a range different activities to manage Parkinson's symptoms.

Travelling to The Stoop
By train
The nearest train station is Twickenham, which is a short walk (approx 20 minutes) from the stadium.
Turn right out of the station, and continue down Whitton Road. Proceed down Court Way and turn left on to Egerton road. At the mini-roundabout, turn right onto Craneford Way and enter the stadium at the end of the road.
Regular trains run to Twickenham from London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Reading, Ascot and Windsor & Eton Riverside.

There is a FREE shuttle taxi service from Twickenham Station to The Stoop. Please let us know if this is something you would make use of by sending us a 'suggestion' via the HAVE YOUR SAY section at the bottom of the page. ​
By bus
Bus numbers 281, 267, 481, 681 and H20 have regular services passing close to the stadium. Alternatively the R68, R70, 33, 110, 290, H22 or 490 stop in Twickenham High Street, where the stadium is a short walk away over the river crane.
By bike
Bicycle parking facilities are provided outside Gates 1 and 3. Please bring your own bike locks and chains.
By car
From the M25, exit J12 onto the M3 and head toward London. This then becomes the A316; continue to the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus/Toyota car dealership and take the fourth exit. Turning back on yourself the stadium is located 500 metres on the left via Langhorn Drive.​

There is ample FREE parking available at The Stoop. There is also a FREE overflow carpark, the Rosebine 1 carpark, a short walk away, (approximately 10 mins walk from The Stoop). Access to the Rosebine 1 carpark is off the A316.
Food & drink at The Stoop
Food
Numerous catering outlets will be available in the North Village. More information coming soon. It is important to note that The Stoop is a nut free venue.

Picnic area
It is important to stay hydrated. Collect your free water bottle (while stocks last) on entry. Water bottles can be refilled from the drinking water stations located in the North Village.
The Harlquins bar will be open selling a variety of refreshments.
