TRY-ATHLON 2026

The ‘Try’-Athlon is back, bigger & better in 2026, aiming to inspire those battling Parkinson’s to ‘try’ a range of activities to find ‘their way to play’ because exercise, movement and activity reduces Parkinson’s symptoms – with some people reporting they forget they have Parkinson’s whilst doing what they love!
